An extended COVID lockdown in Britain may affect shipping times, due to reduced availability of Royal Mail and courier services.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using 1st Class Royal Mail. Royal Mail's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fees of £2.95 for small items such as cleansing bars (delivered in padded envelopes) and £4.95 for larger items such as menstrual pads (delivered in small parcels), applies to orders shipping to UK destinations.

Shipping prices and delivery times outside of the United Kingdom will vary according to the country. Please note that customers outside the UK may be charged custom taxes and duties according to their country, and this is the responsibility of the customer and not Gift Wellness to pay.
